The Hometown Suites is a really good value in Cortland. The hotel is clean, the rooms have a full-size fridge, sink and microwave. There’s an indoor pool in the center of the hotel. The beds are OK. If you stay here with the understanding that it’s not a Hilton or Marriott and you’re looking for a clean hotel with friendly staff at a really great price, then you won’t be disappointed.

Rooms were clean. Hallway smelled a little bit. Employees at the desk were nice. It is perfect for me to stay to go visit my child at school. I think they should hand out water to everyone who’s checking in, I had to ask for that. But that is not a big deal. I do wish to win those were a little more soundproof. I was on the outer side in room 221 and when the air condition fan is not blowing all you hear throughout the night of the truckers. For a quick night get away to see my daughter at college. It works for me.

My fiance and I have been staying here since December 8th. You plan on being here for at least another month or two. All of the employees from the front desk to the housekeeping have been absolutely wonderful. They are professional polite and accommodating. The laundry facilities and fitness room are great. It's a great place to stay!

Been staying here at this Hometown Suites location about 2 years or since they first opened. Rooms are nice, clean, and tidy. Front desk and cleaning staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. No issues with this property.

Modern, new, clean. Staff was polite and helpful. Had to have maintenance come get the TV back online (he was great) then didn’t want to bother them to mention the heater was wonky (had to turn it up to 90 to get it to heat but eventually worked ok, just made a lot of noise). Also bed had a loud clunk, like a disconnected support or something. Biggest complaint was the pool was cold, never warm enough to easily comfortably get it….and having a pool was a big reason we went there. Location and proximity to town with a lot of great restaurants was terrific. Full sized fridge is nice. Light in the kitchen area would help a lot. Would stay again but PLEASE warm the pool more than that.

We always have a great stay here. The staff is always so pleasant and accommodating. I really loved the complimentary fuzzy socks this time! Keep.up the great work!

One night stay. Quiet, clean, convenient location. Have stayed here twice now and plan to again next time I'm in Cortland. Only one thing - a light over the kitchen counter area would be helpful. Thanks to the nice desk staff!

Perfect value hotel! We had a great experience from the booking process where we booked a block of rooms with the manager Alison for our baseball team….right through our stay. The hotel and rooms were clean and recently renovated. The staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful! Anyone that has anything bad to say about this hotel is obviously expecting too much for what they want to pay!
